By meeting with Hilary in one-on-one sessions, you will work together to develop a personalized program that fits your specific needs and health goals.  When you contact Hilary for a consultation, you will discuss your background with Pilates, along with your fitness goals.

Pilates Mat for Healthy Bones

Virtual Class

Increase your core strength and improve your posture and balance while improving the health of your bones.  This fun, 55-minute class incorporates exercises which are specifically designed to combat bone density loss.  We will use Pilates mat exercises, movement, balance exercises, and stretches with just a few props.  You will need a mat, a Gertie ball, a resistance band, and a yoga strap.  All exercises are safe with those with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
