Thank you for visiting my website!  As a Certified Pilates instructor, I am very passionate about Pilates, and have been incorporating it into my life for the past twenty-five years.  I love working with clients to help them improve their core strength, mobility, and balance, allowing them to move with ease and freedom in all of their daily activities.

Hilary’s studio is a calm, welcoming space where you’ll receive personalized one-on-one instruction focused exclusively on your unique needs.  Together, you’ll use state-of-the-art Balanced Body ® and Elina Pilates ® equipment.  By focusing on proper alignment, students will learn to engage the core, improve their posture, and breathe better while increasing strength and endurance.  Hilary’s approach helps clients to learn more about their bodies, along with how to maintain them by incorporating Pilates into their daily lives.  Clients at any level of ability are welcome, and Hilary will work together with you to set and achieve the goals that make sense for you in the body you are in right now.
